Inspired by the phrase “great communication begins with connection,” Ally brings a personal approach to internal communications and change management.

With demonstrated history in corporate communications and consulting, her work delivers successful results. Most recently, Ally was a Human Capital Consultant within Deloitte’s Government & Public Services sector where she supported a large-scale HR transformation project for the United States Navy. Prior to that, Ally was with TransUnion, where she held roles on the corporate communications team supporting corporate social responsibility, crisis response, mergers and acquisitions, and public affairs.

At Gagen MacDonald, Ally is focused on applying her background to help clients navigate organizational change, protect their reputation, and support their people.

Ally graduated cum laude from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Financial Management.
