Over her 15-year career, Andrea has advised complex multinational corporations to meet their goals while supporting employees through transformative change. She prides herself on connecting employees and leadership, enabling true dialogue to identify and remediate issues impacting organizational effectiveness.
Andrea joined Gagen MacDonald in 2021 as an account lead for the pharmaceutical division of a Fortune 50 company. As part of the change management team, she supports clients across a variety of industries who are navigating unique and complex challenges. In every role, she acts as a collaborative advisor to corporate leaders and passionate advocate for employees.
Prior to Gagen MacDonald, Andrea supported some of the world’s top multinational corporations in industries as diverse as Banking, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Construction and Information Services. At each of these companies, she established loyal partnerships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to support business-critical programs and transformational initiatives — including mergers & acquisitions, outsourcing, digital transformation, internal culture change and executive succession. Her most recent experience was leading internal communications for the new global shared services group (IT, Business Operations and Accounting) at a 180-year-old European multinational as they transitioned from a holding company to operating model. In this role she oversaw the centralization of internal IT as well as the subsequent integration of new employees when her organization doubled in size and continued to grow. She was an active member of global technology incident management, and her team’s work on COVID-19 response won a gold Stevie Award. Andrea is fluent in English and Spanish, her native language, and has studied French. She excels in multicultural settings and has worked with clients and employees throughout Europe, Asia, North America and Latin America.
