Christin Strong

Christin Strong is a human-centric communications leader and storyteller. Having spent most of her career in internal communications for major corporations, she cares about people first and balances that with a knack for building communication strategies that improve company culture and drive business results. She has a passion for leadership coaching, and for developing creative communication solutions that spark emotion and power business.

Most recently, Christin led HR communications for Abbott, serving as a trusted partner to senior leadership and building communication strategies for HR programs across Abbott’s global workforce. Prior to Abbott, Christin spent a decade at Allstate, developing large-scale, complex communication programs for various areas of the company, including HR, Distribution, Customer Experience, Product, Corporate Business Transformation and Claims. As a communication business partner during a significant company transformation, Christin was a champion for change and partnered with leaders to help employees see their role in the company’s long-term strategic vision.

Earlier in her career, Christin worked with insurance, lifestyle startup and healthcare companies, helping to shape their internal and external brand reputations.
