Hillary has worked on the ground with clients to use communication, employee engagement, storytelling and leadership development to ensure a cohesive employee experience in the midst of M&A integration. Her devotion to solving business challenges large and small has led to award-winning work for some of the world’s most admired companies.
Since joining the firm in 2011, she has gained extensive change and communications expertise through all phases of a deal – from pre-announcement through implementation across a range of industries.
As a Managing Director at Gagen MacDonald, she has led change management, employee engagement, strategic planning and culture transformation initiatives for clients such as: ITT Corporation, Guardian Life Insurance, Novo Nordisk and McGladrey/RSM. Hillary has held key roles on a number of complex, enterprise transformations, including GE Healthcare’s “I am Re-Imagining Healthcare” global launch, PepsiCo’s redesign of its global associate portal and Pfizer’s acquisition of Wyeth Pharmaceuticals.
A resident of the New York Metropolitan area, Hillary’s responsible for growing and servicing Gagen MacDonald’s north east business. Prior to joining Gagen, Hillary worked on various change and transformation initiatives with another independent consulting firm.
Hillary received her M.S. from the Newhouse School of Public Communication at Syracuse University. She is also a graduate of Union College, where she received her B.A. in English & Spanish.
