Hilton is a career marketer whose 20-year career includes stints in Canada, the U.S. and the U.K., working with some of the world’s most iconic brands and numerous feisty startups.
He has led global assignments in both B2B and B2C categories and for brands as varied as Coca-Cola, IBM, Ernst & Young, Autodesk, Nokia and, his personal favorite, Enron. During the course of his career, he became fascinated by the impact of organizational culture on the growth and success of an organization. That fascination quickly grew into a passion and a suite of certifications from Prosci and Human Synergistics that enabled him to better understand the dynamics of change and culture.
At Gagen, Hilton leads our Marketing and Thought Leadership team, where he drives the strategy and deployment of our industry-leading blogs and newsletters while ensuring that the content we develop is always pioneering and provocative in equal doses.
An avid blogger and frequent podcast guest himself, Hilton has penned over 50 interviews with leading global organizations on the intersection of Culture and Digital Transformation, a topic which continues to intrigue him today.
Originally hailing from Zimbabwe, Hilton calls Toronto home. He is married with two teenage daughters who provide him daily opportunities to hone his negotiating and change management skills. His two most important beliefs are “Question everything” and “Good people should know other good people.”
