Her extensive experience spans executive communication, change management, and employee engagement, all of which have earned her recognition as a trusted advisor capable of delivering innovative solutions and driving business results.
Previously, Jennifer served as Chief Communications Officer at National Instruments, where she led the company's communications strategy, elevating its leadership's visibility and reputation within the industry. Under her direction, National Instruments significantly expanded its market presence, helping facilitate a major acquisition. Her leadership in developing a corporate narrative and crisis management framework was instrumental in maintaining strong employee engagement during a year of substantial change.
Jennifer has also held several executive roles at Dell, where she led global communication strategies for multiple business units and functions. She also served in operational roles supporting enterprise-wide transformation.
