With more than 30 years of experience in corporate communication and consulting roles, Jillane has a passion for helping businesses engage employees to deliver strategic results.​

She’s a thinker, planner and roll-up-her-sleeves-and-get-it-done type of teammate. She has used her knowledge of business to counsel leaders, develop plans and facilitate clear, engaging communication for a number of Fortune 500 clients such as Hyatt, Johnson & Johnson and GE. She has a depth of experience with strategic transformations and business challenges such as acquisitions, divestitures, reductions in force, brand changes, product launches, labor negotiations, headquarters relocations and cultural shifts.​

Prior to joining Gagen MacDonald, Jillane spent 12 years as a leader in the corporate communication function at Navistar. In addition, she has worked inside a global consumer packaged-goods company and a wireless telecom company. Jillane spent the first seven years of her career counseling a wide range of clients in media relations, issues management, crisis communications and employee communication at Ogilvy PR. ​

She is a quick study who enjoys learning a business from those closest to the action, everywhere from the board room to the manufacturing floor. With that knowledge she successfully practices the art of translating and delivering messages so they can be understood and acted upon by people with diverse perspectives, both inside and outside a company.
