Kristy Lapidus

Director, Digital Culture

Kristy thrives at the intersection of people, process, technology and data. Over her 20-year career she has served leading organizations in manufacturing, healthcare, financial services and local government. She earned her Master's in Organization Development from Pepperdine University, her Bachelor's in Journalism from Indiana University, is a Prosci certified Change Practitioner and is an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Practitioner.​

Her well-rounded background includes software development, IT leadership, Agile product ownership and organizational change management. Prior to joining Gagen, Kristy was responsible for the people and strategy areas of the AWS cloud practice at a top technology consultancy, where she helped clients identify their cloud strategies and modernize their IT portfolios. Throughout her time working in change management she designed and facilitated organizational change workshops with clients across the U.S., China, Costa Rica and France. She was the Chair the 2019 Organization Development Network conference and has spoken at many conferences over the last ten years with a focus on the people side of technology projects.​

As Director, Digital Culture at Gagen, Kristy leads teams that transform organizations in the areas of Digital Transformations, Digital Workplaces and Emerging Technologies like generative AI. She counsels clients on how to improve culture and the employee experience through a blend of behavioral science, technology strategy and agile methodologies.​

Kristy also has worked internally, most recently as the Director of IT/PMO for a manufacturing company where she led the implementation of a new ERP system, spearheaded the establishment of both the IT and enterprise-wide PMOs and oversaw the transformation of their intranet into a web-based, interactive platform.
