With an international career spanning over 12 years, Loubna is a lifelong learner, visionary, strategic thinker, researcher and results-driven Industrial-Organizational Psychology Practitioner. With expertise in the design, execution and interpretation of research in psychology, Loubna applies her findings to help address human and organizational problems in the context of organized work. She brings a unique perspective around the application of psychological research in the workplace to help organizations thrive.
Prior to joining Gagen MacDonald, Loubna worked across various industries globally, delivering positive organizational outcomes through the application of science-based solutions. While consulting for different organizations, she oversaw Diversity, Equity and Inclusion campaigns and helped drive organization-wide culture and behavior change, as well as employee commitment initiatives and business process improvements.
Loubna is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® from the Project Management Institute (PMI). She also holds a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business.
Loubna has extensive experience presenting and publishing on various topics, including leadership; disability in the workplace; and diversity, equity and inclusion.
