Lyndi brings more than 13 years of experience in corporate communications to Gagen MacDonald. Most recently working within the complexities of healthcare, she led public relations and internal communications for a major, four-facility hospital system serving South Carolina and Georgia.

Previously, she spent nine years at Navistar, a leading maker of commercial trucks, buses, military vehicles and diesel engines, where she held roles of increasing responsibility working in both internal and external communications. During her most recent role as Director of Business Communications, she was responsible for the company’s corporate reputation, as well as issues management, financial communications and C-suite positioning. While at Navistar, she also held roles leading employee communication for the Chief Information Officer and the company’s Parts business. She has a strong background in crisis communication and providing communication counsel across the C-suite on a variety of critical issues, including major shifts in business strategy, executive changes, bankruptcy and takeover rumors, activist investor activities, business divestitures, labor/union strikes, workforce consolidations and high-profile business alliances.

Lyndi is a former Division I collegiate athlete and holds a B.A. in Communications and Public Relations from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. Before leaving her Chicago roots and moving to South Carolina, Lyndi was also on the Board of Directors for the Naperville Chamber of Commerce.
