Meg Marra has 20 years of global consultancy experience, ranging from financial communications, media relations and public affairs to employee engagement, change management and employer brand strategy.
In her role at Gagen MacDonald, Meg helps organizations transform by focusing on their most valuable assets: employees. By connecting internal stakeholder priorities to business outcomes, Meg helps clients solve complex challenges and deliver meaningful results.
Prior to Gagen, Meg held senior roles within several of the world’s largest public relations firms, directing global campaigns, leading integrated, cross-functional accounts, managing large teams and growing the business. In particular, Meg has extensive experience in employee engagement, Future of Work initiatives and employee value proposition strategy, development and implementation.
While Meg has served clients in a wide variety of industries, she has deep expertise in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. As part of her change management experience, Meg has led numerous multinational transformation projects for Fortune 500 companies.
A native Texan, Meg holds a bachelor's degree in English and Political Science from the University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree in Public Relations and Advertising from DePaul University.
