Meghan’s passion is people. Bringing an authentic, caring and results-driven voice to every project, she enjoys serving as a true partner to her clients. She is energized by brainstorming, focus groups, problem-solving, strategy development and executing meaningful, high-impact communication plans.
With over a decade of experience in corporate communications and higher education, Meghan enjoys working with many different types of audiences. Prior to joining Gagen MacDonald, she served in communication and engagement roles in construction management, early childhood development and utility markets. Additionally, she enjoyed many years as a communication professor, tailoring her approach to communication and instruction to each unique class.
Meghan’s goal on every project is to “connect the dots” across organizational programs and communications. Her experience includes communication department development and transformation; diversity, equity and inclusion programs and messaging; employee engagement and empowerment initiatives; culture evolution; and crisis/emergency events. She has led several cross-functional engagement teams, communication plans for organizational change and internal recruitment efforts through both strategic top-down and grassroots approaches while successfully fostering a positive employee experience.
