As a Senior Consultant at Gagen MacDonald, Natalie leverages her expertise in corporate communications, executive education and event management to support employment communications, thought leadership solutions and change management initiatives for her clients.

Prior to joining Gagen MacDonald, Natalie worked for Page, the premier professional association for senior communications executives, in roles focusing on communications and engagement. During her time at Page, Natalie led a two-year executive education program designed to prepare rising communications leaders for the role of the chief communications officer and managed engagement opportunities focused on industry trends and pressing societal issues.
