Prior to Gagen [APCO], Spencer led multifaceted, large-scale change projects internally at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Her robust expertise in digital transformation allows her to serve as a bridge between technical specialists and employees, fostering seamless transitions during challenging organizational shifts. Spencer also has a background in DEI communications and works diligently to cultivate an inclusive workplace where all voices are valued and heard. If she doesn’t have the answers, she is never afraid to raise her hand, ask questions and collaborate to ensure the best experience for her clients and her team.

Spencer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication from Hampton University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Strategy & Leadership from Wake Forest University. She currently lives in Atlanta and is a movie lover, house music enthusiast, avid foodie and proud dog mom.
